Who are PlantforLife’s target markets?
The campaign has two strands, the first is a consumer focus, primarily targeting the ‘marginal gardener’ – people who do some gardening but lack the time, skill or confidence to create their ideal ‘outdoor room’. It is about giving these people inspiration, ideas and know-how to create a garden that will enhance their lift.
The second key target to the PlantforLife campaign is the amenity sector, with the aim of raising the profile and importance of plants through the landscape supply chain, increasing the actual use of plants in all building projects and public spaces.
PlantforLife partners
PlantforLife is delighted to be working with gardening expert Chris Collins who is one of the most passionate plantsman around today. His enthusiasm for plants and the outdoors has taken him as far afield as Japan and Africa, as well as to the world-renowned Kew Gardens. Chris is also spreading the gardening world to the next generation in his role as Blue Peter’s resident gardener!
